Mr. Anusorn Tonmueanwai, Deputy Director of NIMT and staffs, made an official visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam during 30 October – 2 November 2024 to discuss and strengthen technical collaboration with the Vietnam Metrology Institute (VMI), the Quality Assurance and Testing Center 1 (Quatest 1) and Tanaka Scale Vietnam Co., Ltd. The purpose of the visit was to discuss the cooperation in metrology, collaborative research projects, knowledge transfer and experience sharing on EV and type approval for scales and balances.
