NIMT led by Pol.Lt.Gen. Pornchai Suteerakune, Director of NIMT, Dr. Sivinee Sawatdiaree, Head of Electrical Metrology Department and Dr. Jariya Buajarern, Head of International Relations, represented Thailand at the 23rd meeting of NMI Directors and Member State Representatives held at the BIPM Headquarters in Sèvres, France. As a signatory to the Metre Convention, this meeting marked a significance of maintaining its membership status and participating actively to the BIPM’s activities. The outcome has initiated a great impact to Thailand’s metrology system development, promoting measurement capabilities as well as enhancing its international metrology activities.
