Dr. Monthol Homklintian, Group Leader of the Primary Electrical, Time and Frequency standards in Electrical Metrology Department, was invited as a lead trainer for the “Foundation Training on Scientific and Industrial Metrology” held on 8 – 12 December 2024 in Bangladesh. This training program was organized in collaboration with the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) and the British Standards Institute (BSI) which aimed to enhance participants’ metrological knowledge encompassing both theorical aspects and practical applications.
Dr. Monthol’s expertise and engagement has strengthened cooperation between BSTI and NIMT to improve measurement infrastructure in Bangladesh and to attain the international measurement standards requirements.
