Dr. Charun Yafa, Assistant Director of NIMT, has been invited to serve as a peer reviewer for the inorganic measurement capabilities of the National Metrology Institute of Malaysia (NMIM).
The peer review was conducted at NMIM during 16–17 December 2025, recognizing Dr. Charun’s extensive technical expertise and long-standing experience in chemical and inorganic metrology. His role focused on strengthening technical rigor, supporting quality assurance practices, and enhancing NMIM’s readiness for future international recognition.
This engagement reflects the strong professional trust and close cooperation between NIMT and NMIM, as well as the shared commitment of both institutes to advancing metrology excellence and ensuring internationally comparable measurement capabilities across the region.
