Training on Laboratory Quality System in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017(E) Batch 4, Year 2022

NIMT Cooperation and Partnership Development Group organised an online training on Laboratory Quality System in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017(E) Batch 4, Year 2022. This training would increase knowledge to trainees from among public, private and industrial sectors. They will be able to utilise the knowledge to submit for laboratory accreditation in accordance with ISO/IEC17025. Trainers were Mr. Warun Laopornpichayanuwat Head of Mechanical Metrology Department and Ms. Panada Panpetch Metrologist of Primary Thermometry Standard Group, Thermometry and Optical Metrology Department. The training was venue at the building of measurement standard development to support the development of the rail system, NIMT, Pathum Thani province on 19 – 20 July 2022.

Training on the verification of Temperature Measuring Devices

NIMT’s Training Division arranged a training on “The verification of Temperature Measuring Devices” that lectured to the public, private and industrial sector participants by NIMT Metrologist, Professional Dr. Oijai Ongrai and Metrologist, Practitioner Mr. Amorntep Leekriangkrai, Temperature Scale Dissemination and Humidity Group, Thermometry and Optical Metrology Department.

The training aimed to gain knowledge on the principle and caution of the thermometers. The important thing is that, the participants would be able to utilise them, understand the devises’ calibration and apply the devises’ calibration certification effectively. They also would be able to verify the thermometers by Ice Point.
The training arranged on September 9, 2020 at the NIMT Central Administration building, Phatum Thani province.
