A delegation from NIMT, comprising Ms. Charuayrat Yaokulbodee, Head of the Thermometry and Optical Metrology Department and Quality Manager, and Ms. Thanakporn Nontachart, International Relations Officer, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Mr. Akrapong Chalermnon, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam, on 22 October 2026 at the Royal Thai Embassy in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
The visit took place during the delegation’s participation in the 45th ACCSQ-WG3 Meeting, the 15th EGM Meeting, and the 1st EGM-WG3 Meeting, held in Brunei Darussalam from 19 to 23 October 2026.
The courtesy visit provided an opportunity for the NIMT representatives to meet with the Ambassador and exchange views on NIMT’s participation in the international meetings and its engagement in regional metrology cooperation.
The visit also reflected the close coordination between NIMT and the Royal Thai Embassy in supporting Thailand’s participation in international activities and strengthening cooperation in the field of metrology.
