Training on “Dial gauge and dial test indicator according to Japanese standards”

NIMT organised a training on “Dial gauge and dial test indicator according to Japanese standards” to the participants from public and private organisation. This training would practice them to understand how to maintain, estimate the uncertainty value, and calibrate. This class was given a training by Dr.Kittisun Mongkolsuttirat, Seniour Metrologist, and Dr. Narin Chanthawong, Seniour Metrologist from the department of dimensional metrology. It was held at NIMT Pathum Thani province on 9 – 10 August 2022.

Online training “the calibration of micrometer and vernier caliper by using gauge block, and the assessment for uncertainty of measurement”

NIMT organized the online training on the calibration of micrometer and vernier caliper by using gauge block, and the assessment for uncertainty of measurement between 13-14 September 2021. The training has been demonstrated and trained by primary length standard professional metrologists Mr.Jedsada Wongsaroj and Dr.Kittisun Mongkolsuttirat from the department of dimensional metrology.

Participants

This topic has been well interested and registered to the training from plenty of public and private organizations. The participants would be learnt how to calibrate and maintain the micrometer and vernier caliper. Moreover, they would be able to assess for uncertainty of calibration accordance with the standards.
