The NIMT automobile speed laboratory develops and maintains “Speed Vehicle Calibration System” to make the vehicle speed detector that active in Thailand can work efficiently and can be traced back to national measurement standards and SI units (Traceability)  accurately. Development of this speed vehicle calibration system will reduce time and cost of users to send equipment to be calibrated abroad. It also helps the law enforcement can be confident in the measurement results and lead to enforcement the law seriously resulting in road safety and impartiality to the people who use the road.
