Tasks:
- Establishment research and development of national measurement standards in primary thermometry and thermal property quantities.
- Dissemination of the national temperature scale and related quantities, i.e. thermal properties, to users.
- Provide calibration services for fixed-point cells, standard platinum resistance thermometers, radiation thermometry instruments, thermal properties measurement.
- Participation domestic and international inter-laboratory comparisons in the fields of primary thermometry and thermal properties measurement.
- Provide knowledge and consultant services related to primary thermometry and thermal properties measurement.
