The first one was signed on July 23, 2004 or for 17 years ago. The cooperate contributes the development of the national measurement in the field of ionizing radiation, developing metrology systems, promoting measurement capabilities, transferring the standard values \u200b\u200bfrom the primary standard to the secondary standard. Particularly, OAP is designated as the Digitated Institutes (DIs) in the field of ionizing radiation by NIMT. Under this MoU, NIMT will encourage and support OPA to be recognized in the ability of measurement, traceability and the international cooperation.
