A trainer of the course was Dr. Monthon Homklintian, Acting Leader of Primary Electrical, Time and Frequency Standard Group. The purpose of the course is to understand the national metrology system and National Quality Infrastructure (NQI), understanding the importance of accurate measurements and metrological traceability, how to assess the uncertainty, and the requirements for measuring instrument accuracy and the metrological traceability in accordance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001. Besides that, the participants will be able to manage the measuring instrument control system according to the requirements.
