NIMT arranged an online seminar on \u201cCommunication management for change management\u201d to NIMT staff members. In this event, Human recourse department of NIMT invited Assc.Prof.Dr. Judhaphan Padunchewit, a lecturer from Siripattana Training Center, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). The seminar was held online between August 3-4, 2021 for internal NIMT staff.<\/p>\n

Communications are vital and well recognized that it is the key role to manage the change in the organization. It will bring NIMT to the leading organization. The development of communication skills is exceedingly necessary to the new era executive as the change executive. All participants gained new concepts of the communication skills and be able to apply them for their works.<\/p>\n
