Makhanov from Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University on the occasion of signing Memorandum of Understanding between National Institute of Metrology (Thailand) : NIMT and Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology : SIIT under collaborative research, which includes interesting research topics for both parties, coordinated seminars, conferences, or joint scholarships for SIIT courses for NIMT staff.\u00a0 The objective of this MoU was to promote the research and education of both organizations.\u00a0 The function was held at Phadungmat building, NIMT,
